With temperature in the 70s today, and not a cloud in the sky, we took a drive to Point Reyes National Seashore. Part of Point Reyes has an Elk preserve. We were pleasantly surprised to find them only 150 yards from the road. Here is a collection of photographs from today.
This week begins the PGA Pro-Am at Pebble Beach. Aside from the breath taking views over looking the Pacific ocean and the mutli-million dollar homes which line Pebble Beach, there is one landmark which is truly unique. The Lone Cyprus which dangles hundred of feet about the crashing waves of the Pacific Ocean, over the years braces have been installed to keep the tree from falling.
This photograph was taken at Chateau Montelena. Chateau Montelena has a small garden lake in the front of the winery.
